Today our world houses 6.55 billion people. More than 854 million people across the world are hungry. About 16,000 children die from hunger-related causes "one child dies every five seconds" every day. At the same time the industrialized world, as we in the "West" call it, are afraid that the North pole will melt (and that our national heroes will no longer have a cold and struggling story to tell, to keep the international companies alive) and that we will not be able to arrange the World Cup in skiing because of lack of snow. In the "West" we say that we have enough of everything. The truth is that we have lost our mental freedom. We are shopping until we drop, and we do not care that poor people are keeping "our brands" alive.

ODIDI is my personal statement. I, arthur taubo, do make a few quite expensive, not perfect, products each year of which you only can order from me directly on this web site. Before you'll be able to buy anything, you'll have to drop me a line about why you should be allowed to wear or give away any ODIDI product. Why? Because ODIDI is only for people who dare to care. I make every product with love, and I do believe that I can use the statement: Passion for people.
